As a Partner at The Plexus Groupe, and a 26 year veteran of the insurance industry, Mr. Andrews uses his eight years as a field underwriter for a Fortune 100 insurance company to help customers obtain their lowest insurance cost, while achieving the highest customer value possible.

As a graduate of the University of Colorado’s business school, Mr. Andrews is a successful values-based insurance consultant who focuses on understanding his clients’ culture & risk tolerance before developing his recommendations.  Intellectually curious and creative, Mr. Andrews engages in learning the newest concepts in risk management and how they might benefit his customers.

Mr. Andrews is a direct and open communicator who will get to the issues at hand in order to develop a plan to solve them that his clients can believe in, while never over-committing and under-delivering.

Outside of work Mr. Andrews enjoys bird hunting, playing the top 100 golf courses in America, fitness, and spending quality time with his wife and four children.  He supports as many charity organizations as he can, while actively participating with the American Cancer Society for the past twelve years.
